LOS/NR is pleased to announce one, two, three, and four, a Youth Enviro-Art group show organized in collaboration with the American Academy of Pediatrics.

"Regardless of our age or profession, the climate crisis is ongoing, affecting our daily life in more ways that we can imagine. As medical professionals and those heading into the medical field, this crisis becomes more and more pertinent through the physical and mental health impact on our patients as our planet’s health declines. With the ubiquity of the climate crisis unity comes through climate action - we come together for the sake of our planet. In honor of Children’s Environmental Health Day (October 10), this show was organized to celebrate art activism—artivism—on an intergenerational scale, featuring art pieces from physicians, medical students, and youth artists. The youth art pieces included are the winners of the 3rd annual Enviro-Art youth art contest hosted by the American Academy of Pediatrics and San Diego Pediatricians for Clean Air to raise awareness for the Tijuana Sewage Crisis. Each artivist’s unique perspective on nature and a changing Earth are on display converging into a powerful love for our planet and all things in it that we swear to protect through our advocacy." - San Diego Pediatricians for Clean Air
